| Here’s how it works: Sign up for a specific day. You’ll get details by email. Can you participate from outside the US? Yes! There is no charge for the Action Day, but you are responsible for the long-distance phone charges. (If you are under 18, be sure to check with your parents.) We would caution you not to use a cell phone for international calls, although even that would be cheaper than hiring a psychiatrist to deal with your procrastination!
At nine am EST, call the conference number. Confess your goal for the day–and state exactly what you will do in the next hour to achieve that goal. At ten am, call in again to say what worked, what didn’t, and what you will do in the following hour. Lather, rinse, repeat until 5 pm EST–at which point you will have faced down your demons!
